Refund Policy

1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

1. The Guarantee

We stand behind Supafield. If you are not satisfied with your subscription for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase.

2. Refund Eligibility

  • Initial Purchase: Fully refundable within the first 14 days.
  • Renewals: Monthly or Annual renewal payments are non-refundable once processed. You must cancel your subscription before the renewal date to avoid a charge.
  • Exceptions: We do not grant refunds for accounts that have been suspended for violating our Terms of Service (e.g., using the platform for spam).

3. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, please contact our support team at support@supafield.com with your account email and transaction ID. We will process your request within 3-5 business days.

2. Cancellation & Data Retention

1. Effect of Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time within the app settings. If you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle. You will not be charged for the next cycle.

2. Data Retention (Standard Cancellation)

If you cancel your subscription (stop payment), your account will enter a "dormant" state. Your data (Customer lists, Jobs, Profit Pulse history) will be retained to allow you to reactivate your subscription later. You will be able to export your data even while the account is inactive.

3. Organization Deletion (Permanent)

If you explicitly choose the "Delete Organization" feature in the admin dashboard:

  • Immediate Action: Your data is immediately purged from our active databases.
  • Irreversible: This process cannot be undone. We cannot recover your data once this button is confirmed.
  • Your Responsibility: You are solely responsible for exporting your data (Jobs, Customers, Invoices) before confirming the deletion.

3. SMS Fair Use Policy

Real-Time Updates & Notifications: Supafield covers the cost of SMS notifications (e.g., "En Route," "Job Completed") to help you provide a premium customer experience. To maintain this benefit for all users, we enforce a Fair Use Policy:

  • Transactional Only: SMS features are strictly for transactional updates regarding active jobs. Using our platform for bulk marketing, spam, or unsolicited outreach is prohibited.
  • Volume Limits: We monitor message volume relative to your job count. If your SMS usage exceeds reasonable limits (e.g., significantly higher than the number of jobs scheduled), we reserve the right to throttle delivery or charge for overage.

4. Profit Pulse Liability Disclaimer

No Financial or Accounting Advice

The "Profit Pulse" feature is an estimation tool designed to help you track operational metrics. It calculates Gross Profit based solely on the inputs provided by your technicians and administrators.

Not Accounting Software

Supafield is not a substitute for professional accounting software (like QuickBooks or Xero). We do not guarantee that the figures shown in "Profit Pulse" satisfy tax reporting requirements. You agree to hold Supafield harmless for any business decisions made based on these estimates.
