Welcome to Supafield ("we," "our," or "us"). We provide field service management software designed to help home service businesses earn more, keep more, and stress less. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting the personal information of our Account Holders (Business Owners), their Technicians, and their End Customers.

2. Information We Collect

To provide our "Money Maker" and "Business Brain" features, we collect specific types of data:

A. Account & Business Data

  • Registration Info: Name, email, business name, and payment information (processed via our third-party payment provider).
  • Operational Data: Pricebooks, service items, and "Good/Better/Best" proposal templates.
  • Profit Pulse Data: Labor rates, material costs, and profit margins. Note: We treat your pricing and profit data as highly confidential business intelligence.

B. Technician Data

  • Profile Info: Name, contact details, and assigned skills.
  • Location Data (GPS): We collect precise location data from technician devices when the Supafield app is active or running in the background. This is required to power the "En Route" SMS notifications and dispatching features.
  • Device Data: To facilitate our "Native Offline Sync," we store data locally on your device and sync it when a connection is restored. We collect device IDs and IP addresses for security and troubleshooting.

C. End Customer Data

  • Service Info: Names, service addresses, phone numbers, and email addresses of the homeowners you serve.
  • Usage: We process this data only to facilitate your business operations (e.g., sending the "Amine is en route" SMS or the "Review Sovereign" Google Review link).

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the data we collect to deliver our Core Promise:

  • Service Delivery: To sync jobs, proposals, and invoices between the office and the field (even offline).
  • Uber-Style Updates: To trigger SMS notifications to homeowners regarding technician ETA.
  • Review Sovereign: To automatically send review requests to homeowners upon job completion and payment.
  • Profit Pulse Analytics: To calculate your Gross Profit (Revenue - Labor/Materials). We do not share your specific profit margins with other Supafield users.
  • Platform Improvement: We may use aggregated, anonymized data (e.g., "average job duration for plumbers") to improve our algorithms, but this will never be traceable back to your specific business.

4. Location Tracking Specifics

Supafield requests access to location services to enable:

  • Real-time dispatching.
  • Automated "On My Way" customer notifications.

Transparency Note: You can control location tracking settings within your device settings. However, disabling location may prevent the "Uber-Style Updates" feature from functioning.

5. Data Sharing and Third Parties

We do not sell your data. We share data only with trusted infrastructure partners required to run Supafield:

  • Cloud Hosting: AWS to store your database.
  • SMS Providers: Twilio to send customer notifications.
  • Payment Processors: Paddle to bill you for your Supafield subscription.

6. Data Security (Offline & Cloud)

We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit and at rest. Because Supafield utilizes a "Local-First" architecture (storing data on your device for offline capability), we recommend all technicians use device-level security (passcodes/biometrics) to protect data if a tablet or phone is lost.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights regarding your data, including:

  • Access: Requesting a copy of the data we hold.
  • Correction: Updating incorrect information.
  • Deletion: Requesting we delete your account and associated data.
